FAQ
Common questions
Who are the flat fee services for?
International founders and companies that need a specific U.S. legal deliverable — a Delaware entity, a set of customer contracts, a privacy policy, or hiring documents — at a known price. If your matter is more complex (for example a Delaware flip or a financing), we scope it separately.
What is the difference between “U.S. Startup” and “U.S. Subsidiary” incorporation?
“U.S. Startup” is a new Delaware C-Corp set up as the top company, typically for founders who plan to raise from U.S. investors. “U.S. Subsidiary” is a U.S. entity owned by your existing home-country company, typically for sales or operations in the U.S. Not sure which you need? Read What Is a “Delaware Flip”? or ask us.
Can I combine several items?
Yes. Many clients bundle incorporation with a CIIAA and an ESOP, or take the B2B package and add an NDA. Tell us what you need and we will confirm a single combined fee.
How do I pay, and when?
Payment terms are confirmed together with the quote, before any work begins. We work with founders in Korea, across Asia, and in the U.S.
